The Annual General Meeting for the Wild Rose Motocross Association has been called for Friday January 27th. The meeting will take place at the Cardel Homes Theater at 6:30pm.
The main purpose is to elect the 2012 board of directors and pass the 2011 financial report. It is also a great time to ask questions about the events of the year, give us feed back and discuss ideas for 2012 with the board and other members.
Anyone can attend, but you have to be a valid WRMA member over the age of 16 to vote. Non member parents of any number of children under the age of 16 can have one vote as well.
Any member in good standing can be nominated to run for a spot on the board of directors. Directors are elected to a two year term. Directors attend meetings to make decisions on how to run the park and may take further roles in volunteering or jobs at the park if desired.

Cardel Theater is offered to not for profit organizations like WRMA for only the cleaning charge of the room. In return Cardel Theater appreciates a donation for the food bank. Also please note there is no smoking in the Cardel Homes parking lot please.
